Dr. Kirsten Hallstrom, PsyD, completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington and her doctoral studies at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco, CA. She completed her internship at Pacific Rehabilitation Centers treating Chronic Pain and her post doctoral residency in Spokane, WA as an Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant within Primary Care. Dr. Hallstrom most recently specialized in geriatric care, helping older adults through this unique period of their life and the challenges that often accompany the aging process. 

Kirsten has spent her career helping adults live healthier lives, both physically and emotionally. Through her experience in various medical settings, including primary care, oncology, and chronic pain treatment, she has cultivated a holistic and individualized approach. This ensures that each person achieves optimal improvements in all aspects of their health and well-being. Dr. Hallstrom has extensive experience treating adults with Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma through various treatment modalities, including evidence based treatments such as CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
